An investment in the Friends of Van Cortlandt Park is an investment in the success of your business. For 15 years, the Friends have worked to conserve and improve Van Cortlandt Park through educational and stewardship programs. By supporting the Friends of Van Cortlandt Park our Business Members help ensure that Van Cortlandt Park will continue to be a beautiful natural oasis in the Northwest Bronx.
How your donations will be used:
Operating Support for the Friends of Van Cortlandt Park
These crucial donations support the Friends ongoing conservation efforts in Van Cortlandt Park’s 1,146 acres including the planting of hundreds of trees, caring for thousands of previously planted trees and the upkeep of several miles of trails every year.
Funding towards our Educational and Stewardship Programs
The Friends fulfills its goal of park enhancement through educational and stewardship activities. Programs offered by the Friends helps participants experience the historical and ecological aspects of natural areas that are seldom seen in New York City. The Friends educational and stewardship programs reach at least 2,500 children and adults annually. For a full list of programs with descriptions please see our enclosed program brochure.

- Annual Membership Certificate for window

- Subscription to “Many Hands” newsletter
- One individual membership for a designated employee at the $25 level
Friend- $250
Same as above, plus:
- Listing in Friends of Van Cortlandt Park Annual Report
- One individual membership upgrade to $50 level
Patron- $500
Same as above, plus:
- Text listing on Friends website- www.vancortlandt.org
- Customized Van Cortlandt Park tour for up to 25 employees
President’s Circle- $1,000

- One individual membership upgrades to $250 level
